Hui Yin Position

Hui Yin point is located between the genitals and anus. This position is to close this energy door so as to cause a rise in energy through the spine. To close, will press slightly anal sphincters and genital muscles. If when you're urinating you interrupt the flow of urine, you will be using some muscles, these together with the anal sphincters are those who we have to keep slightly tight. You can practice this exercise as follows: you contract your muscles closing the Hui Yin point, you hold 5 seconds and you relax all the muscles. It would be good whenever you do Reiki you closure this point sometimes to stimulate the energy flow. Mastered this exercise we will serves later to a more advanced energy exercise called the Microcosmic Orbit.

 

Bai Hui Position

Bai Hui Point is located on the palate, where there is a kind of hole. This position is to put the tongue touches the palate. In this way we connect the meridians Ren Mai and Du Mai and stimulate energy flow. It would also be appropriate to this position when we do Reiki, meditation and energy exercises.

To embrace the tree position

This is a typical position of Chi Kung that is used to store energy in the Tantien. Position yourself standing with your knees slightly bent, back straight, head aligned with the spine and put your chin down slightly to stretch the neck. Place the arms parallel to the floor and hands facing inward, as if holding a ball or your arms around a tree. Visualise the Central Canal and then trace the Reiki symbols on the palate using the language, then let the tongue on the palate (position Bai Hui). Then performs the Hui Yin position, closing the anus and genitals. Breathe slowly and evenly and hold this position as long as you can. This exercise has two variants, one is made with hands up to the Middle Tanti (kidneys) and the other at the level of the Heart Chakra.

Magical Tolteca Pass for energy storage

This is a position of Toltec origin, which is an ancient Mexican tribe. To perform this exercise standing position yourself with your knees slightly bent, back straight, head aligned with the spine and put your chin down slightly to stretch the neck. Place first one arm looking down and the other looking at side, as in the photo. With this vertical arm do a slight downward tension and with which this horizontal upwards.
